We our actively recruiting a talented Residential Project Manager to join our team.

This Role would be responsible for the direct oversight of assigned projects on our residential remodeling & new construction division. This team member will manage each assigned project from conception to completion which includes individual phase scheduling & time tracking, management of onsite crews as well as serving in capacity of client liaison.

The role of Project Manager is responsible for budgeting and allowance management with coordination between Sales Team members, Selections Coordinator & Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A high level of proficiency in residential single family home construction and remodeling.
• 8 years minimum experience serving in a previous capacity title of Project Manager in Residential Construction Only.
• A verified combined residential construction experience of at least 10 consecutive years.
• Clear and concise self-organizational methods and communication skills.
• Ability to direct a team on high end residential projects ranging from new construction to remodeling.
• Ability to communicate with clients daily, document and file related materials including but not limited to change orders, submission of bid packages with subcontractors.
• Proficiency with computers and related technology, ability to use company software programs for project tracking and communication.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and/or PMP Certification from an accredited institution, not required but highly recommended.

We our actively recruiting a talented Lead Residential Trim Carpenter to join our team.

This Role would be responsible for the direct fabrication & installation of custom millwork and interior elements of assigned projects on our residential remodeling & new construction division.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A high level of proficiency in-regards to custom millwork of residential single family home construction and remodeling.
• 8 years minimum experience serving in a previous capacity title of Trim Carpenter in Residential Construction Only.
• A verified combined residential construction experience of at least 10 consecutive years.
• Required tools of a trim carpenter & reliable transportation during probationary period.
• Clear and concise self-organizational methods and communication skills.
• Ability to direct a team on high end residential millwork installation projects ranging from new construction to remodeling.
• Ability to communicate with Operations Manager daily, document and file related materials including design & architectural drawings, specifications to appropriate job files.
• Proficiency with computers and related technology, ability to use company software programs for project time tracking and communication with Project Managers & Operations Manager.

Regular Schedule is Monday-Friday with overtime offered.
