Within 24 hours we reach out to you by phone. On that call we get to know you and your future project, and we talk through the simple things: wishes, wants and needs, as well as the initial planned budget.

Normally one to two hours, on site, in the space itself.
We use this time to get to know your space and your ideas for it, and to tell you about us and the services we offer.
We hear every one of your thoughts for the project, help you picture what is possible, and give as much advice as you need. While we are on site we photograph the whole proposed space and enter it into our company wide app along with all the measurements.
If you are considering a new home build or an addition, we explain how we pair you with our architecture firm. If you already have architectural drawings that is no problem at all, we just need a digital copy.

Flooring, appliances, paint colours and the rest are picked online or in the app, so the decisions are recorded in one place rather than scattered across emails.

Once you decide to move forward with us we give you login credentials to our online portal, where you can track your project schedule, view progress photos and submit new requests.
You can also stay on top of expenses and see when payments are due. Any questions or concerns during the project go through the portal and we get back to you right away.
Your portal is monitored daily by your dedicated project manager and by our operations team, so no detail is overlooked.
